User guide

To create a Psyche Assess account:

1. Visit the signup page and enter your details
2. Choose your region for data residency
3. Select a plan that fits your practice size
4. Create a secure password (minimum 8 characters)
5. Start your 14-day free trial

Note: No credit card is required for the free trial. You can start using all features immediately.

After creating your account, set up your practice:

• Go to Account → Practice settings
• Update your practice name and contact details
• Configure billing information
• Set up notification preferences

Team and Clinic plans allow multiple clinicians:

1. Navigate to Account → Users
2. Click "Invite user"
3. Enter their email and assign a role
4. They'll receive an invitation email with setup instructions

Access our comprehensive assessment library:

• Navigate to Catalog from the main menu
• Filter by domain (depression, anxiety, PTSD, etc.)
• View instrument details, scoring, and license information
• Review interpretation guidelines

To send an assessment:

1. Select the client from your client list
2. Click "Send assessment"
3. Choose the instrument from the catalog
4. Client receives a secure link via email or SMS
5. Results appear automatically when they complete it

PsycheNote helps you generate clinical documentation:

• Access from the client's profile
• Dictate or type your session notes
• AI structures them into proper clinical format
• Review and edit the generated note
• Save to client record

Important: Always review AI-generated content before saving. You remain responsible for clinical accuracy.

Psyche Assess offers plans for every practice size:

• Free: 3 assessments/month, perfect for trying the platform
• Solo: 1 clinician, public-domain instruments, 50 AI credits/month
• Team: Up to 5 clinicians, licensed instruments, priority support
• Clinic: Unlimited clinicians, full catalog, RBAC, audit logs
• Enterprise: SSO, BAA, dedicated support, custom pricing

To upgrade your plan:

1. Go to Account → Billing
2. Click "Upgrade plan"
3. Select your new plan
4. Enter payment details
5. Changes take effect immediately
