Terms of service

Last updated: 2026-05-16. Pre-launch draft.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and any clinicians you administer on the platform. If you cannot bind your practice, do not proceed.

2. Eligibility

The service is provided to mental-health professionals (registered psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, counsellors and equivalent) and to their authorised administrative staff. We verify registration where possible.

3. Clinical responsibility

Psyche Assess provides tools for administering and scoring psychometric instruments and for drafting clinical notes. We do not provide medical advice or make diagnoses. The clinician is solely responsible for clinical interpretation, follow-up, and patient care.

4. Crisis disclaimer

The service is not a crisis line. In an emergency, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline. Risk flags and screening results require clinician follow-up; the platform does not replace clinical judgement.

5. Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer the service, attempt unauthorised access, scrape catalog content for redistribution, or use the platform for purposes other than legitimate clinical care or approved research.

6. Instrument licensing

We include only instruments we are legally permitted to redistribute (public-domain or properly licensed). You may not export instrument items or scoring logic outside the platform in a manner that would breach the underlying instrument's license.

7. Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Pro Action top-ups are billed monthly in arrears. Refunds are at our discretion within 30 days of charge.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with notice. On termination we crypto-shred per-tenant encryption keys after a 30-day grace period; audit-log entries are retained per the privacy policy.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under this agreement is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

For EU/UK customers: governed by the laws of Ireland. For US: Delaware. For AU: New South Wales. Dispute resolution per the executed Master Services Agreement where applicable.
