How billing works
We bill at the practice level — your organisation has one subscription, and the plan you pick covers a set number of clinicians (the seat limit). A solo clinician is just a practice of one. There is no separate per-user subscription.
Individual clinician

You sign up as your own practice. One seat, one bill, full access to the public-domain catalog and PsycheNote AI. Ideal for private practitioners and clinicians-in-training before they join a group.

Group practice

Your practice subscribes once, and the plan covers a defined number of clinician seats. Add or remove clinicians at any time inside the seat limit; billing email and payment method live with the practice, not the individual.

- Role-based access (clinician, supervisor, clinic admin, PHI admin)
What about per-user billing? We don't offer it as a separate product. If you're a single clinician, pick Solo; if you're adding colleagues, move to Team or above. The practice always owns the subscription so PHI access, audit trails, and the BAA / DPA scope cleanly to one entity.
